By accessing or using ISee360 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

ISee360 provides a platform that aggregates publicly available information to help users gain clarity and context about individuals they may interact with in their daily lives. The Service is intended for personal use only and is not designed for making formal decisions that would require FCRA-compliant background checks.

By using ISee360, you certify and acknowledge that:

• You understand that ISee360 is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the FCRA.
• You will NOT use any information obtained from ISee360 for any purpose covered by the FCRA, including but not limited to employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or hiring household workers.
• You will NOT use ISee360 to stalk, harass, or harm any individual.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You understand that the information provided may not be complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Some features of ISee360 require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

ISee360 aggregates information from various public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information
• Whether information correctly identifies a specific individual
• The reliability of any third-party data sources

You acknowledge that public records may contain errors, that individuals may share names with others, and that information may be outdated. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

The Service, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by ISee360 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the ISee360 name or logo without written authorization

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISEE360 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in the information provided
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ISee360 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISee360 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of information obtained from the Service in violation of the FCRA or other applicable law

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISee360 regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
